Diana Phillips

Diana Phillips has a Bachelor of Science in both Environmental Science with a specialization in Sustainability Science and Policy and in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, SUNY. Diana has a range of streamgaging experience including surface water, groundwater, water quality, and index-velocity. She has been involved in several NGWOS Research and Development efforts in the Delaware River Basin including groundwater/surface water interactions, thermal mapping, meteorological/soil sensors, amongst others. Diana has also been involved in early Large-Scale Particle Image Velocimetry efforts. Diana currently serves as a hydrologist for the USGS New York Water Science Center.
